Hi! I'm Kaci Goldinher, MA, LPC and back in the private practice counseling business after working in various areas of the behavioral health industry. I began a part-time private practice over 10 years ago in 2015, and I'm ready to break free from all barriers and commit to full-time services.

My background is in Family Therapy at Saint Louis University, earning a Counseling Master's degree in 2009. My bachelor's degree is from Eckerd College, Florida in Psychology and Sociology. I obtained a Missouri Licensure for Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2011.

I have worked for a Department of Mental Health Assisted Living Facility, Residential, Day School, Community and Foster Care Therapy involving court. I worked on DoD contracts for Service Members/Veterans and consulting for Employee Assistance Programs. Most recently, I worked as a member Care Manager for Behavioral Health on a Medicaid plan, and previously as a Utilization Review Care Manager for higher levels of care, including Substance Abuse and Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitalizations for commercial/exchange health insurance plans.
