My counseling services are here to guide and support you through life's challenges, providing a compassionate space where you can freely express yourself. I’m committed to helping you find relief and clarity on your journey toward growth. I help people develop healthier coping skills, emotional balance, and improved relationships.

My expertise is in Trauma Recovery using Mindfulness, Affect Regulation, Coping Methods, Relaxation Techniques, and Cognitive Processing. I use both a “top-down” and “bottom-up” approach, balancing the cognitive process with body-awareness, physical health, and somatic experience to support your nervous system.

I specialize in working with Neurodivergence- and those questioning if they have ADHD, Autism (ASD), AuDHD, and any variance of the Autism Spectrum and Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Spectrum (inattentive. hyperactive-impulse, or combined types). Whether you are a parent, young person, or adult, I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human ability or capacity.

If you desire to better manage situations, learn how to repair ruptures, or improve parenting skills, I can help you to reach your goals. Together, we can restore balance, connection, and wholeness in your life.

Concerns: Anxiety, Depression, Mood Dysregulation, Trauma, PTSD, Neurodivergence- ADHD, Autism Spectrum, AuDHD, and other Developmental Challenges. Giftedness, School Issues (IEP/504s), Parenting and Relationships.

Populations: Parents, Couples, Young Adults, Professionals, Military/Vet, LGBTQ, BIPOC.

Interventions: Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and a Family Systems approach with Relational Therapy and Attachment-based therapy. Personality Theory (MBTI, Enneagram, NEO-5) used to support exploration of personal development and growth.
Couples Therapy- Gottman Method, Cognitive-Behavioral Couples Therapy (CBCT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
