Individual Session Fee is $125 for 50 minutes of virtual therapy. Sliding scale is available, if needed.
If deciding to use your health insurance, I operate on the Headway platform to bill insurance and document.

After our first session, I will send your phone a text invite with a payment link to put your card details on file (you don’t have to download the app).
Couples’ Session Fee is $150 for 50 minutes of virtual therapy. Sliding scale is available, if needed.
I typically cannot bill insurance for Couples Counseling, as it requires an individual diagnosis, which is not always applicable or billable. You can also check your policy or employer benefits for free EAP sessions.

After chatting, we can book your first appointment! I will send you a confirmation link through Google Calendar. I use Headway’s virtual telehealth platform and/or Google Meet.
After booking, you will have 48 hours to complete intake forms to secure your spot. Depending on which option we choose for billing, I will send you Headway’s intake forms, or my own.
